Once the Treasurer has confirmed receipt of your membership fee, your application will be forwarded to the Secretary. The Secretary will arrange your access to HowDidIDo, ClubV1, and England Golf, and will confirm when your accounts are active. If you have submitted scorecards for handicap purposes, your initial handicap will also be advised.

The Club expects to communicate with you by email so please ensure club emails are not blocked and add etchinghillgolfclub@hdid.co.uk to your Safe Senders list if possible.

By joining EGC, you consent to the Club retaining and processing your personal data, including legitimate third-party processing, in accordance with the Information Security Policy.

Competition Schedule

• Sunday – Men (including Seniors) from approx. 07:30; Ladies from approx. 10:00
• Monday – Men’s Seniors (Foxtrotters) from approx. 07:30
• Wednesday – Ladies from approx. 09:00
• Thursday – Men (including Seniors) from approx. 07:30
